ABOUT DAYVID
DAYVID makes music for the moments you feel everything at once. His sound blends introspective pop with organic instrumentation, balancing raw emotion with modern production.

Originally from San Diego, he moved to Los Angeles in 2015 to pursue music, quickly developing his voice as a songwriter and artist. His early releases, including “Wasted Luv,” earned national radio attention and led to a feature on Pat Monahan’s SiriusXM show Train Tracks, establishing him as an artist with both commercial instinct and emotional depth.

After stepping away from music in 2020, DAYVID found himself stuck in a cycle that felt repetitive and disconnected. What followed wasn’t immediate clarity, but a gradual shift. His upcoming album Time to Start Living came out of breaking that pattern, reflecting a decision to be present, take risks, and fully experience life instead of repeating the same day.

Sonically, the project marks a transition. While some songs still carry the polished pop elements of his earlier work, others lean more organic, built around live drums, bass, and guitar. Together, they bridge the gap between where he’s been and where he’s going.

At its core, the album is grounded in one idea: nothing changes unless you do.
